She's been called “one of the most engaging and thoughtful performance artists around” (NOW Magazine) and "glamorous, poised, and devastatingly funny" (Xtra Magazine).

Her award-winning original works have been presented to rave critical and audience acclaim across Canada, as well as on CBC-Gem (Canadian Screen Award nomination: Outstanding Variety Special), and published in Canadian Theatre Review.

As a screenwriter, she's has developed work for NBC-Peacock.

Selected accolades include the Audience Choice Award (SummerWorks), 3 Dora Mavor-Moore Award nominations (Outstanding Performance and Outstanding Costume Design), Outstanding Solo Performance (My Entertainment World), and the Jon Kaplan Legacy Fund Award for a Canadian Stage Performer.

Justin Miller (artistic director, he/him)
is a queer, Toronto-based playwright, producer, voice actor, theatre maker, and Fool. His award-winning original works have been presented on stages across Canada, published in Canadian Theatre review, and featured on the CBC.

Rebecca Ballarin (artistic producer, she/her)
is a theatre director, producer, and arts administrator currently based in Toronto. In addition to her training at U of T, she has completed directing workshops with a number of prominent Canadian directors, including Kim Collier and Jackie Maxwell. Rebecca is currently working with Animacy Theatre Collective, producing There Is No Word for Wilderness, which will be part of the Arts in the Parks programming in September 2019. She is also served as the Associate Producer (Marketing) on The Tape Escape with Outside the March. Since November 2017, Rebecca has been the Network Coordinator for SPARC (Supporting Performing Arts in Rural and Remote Communities), which gives her the opportunity to work with communities across Ontario.

Sandra Balcovske (dramaturge, she/her)
graduated from the University of Lethbridge with BA in Philosophy and spent two years in the University of Alberta Drama Department studying improvisational production. She joined The Second City, and was Creative Advisor for three years. Her work directing and dramaturging at The Second City was nominated for numerous Dora Awards. She was the director on the first full production of The Drowsy Chaperone, which went on to win several Tony Awards. Sandra was director and collaborating writer on a number of original productions, including Linda Griffiths’ Game of Inches, Karen Hines’ Pochsy’s Lips, Pochsy Unplugged, Oh, Baby, and CRAWLSPACE, and Nicky Guadagni’s Hooked. Sandra has been a writer/performer on CBC Radio and has worked extensively as a writer and story editor in television and film, including being story editor for Hines’ short films My Name is Pochsy and The Audit.

Giuseppe Condello (production manager, he/him)
is a Toronto based stage manager, production manager, and theatre technician. He has stage managed for the many productions of Pearle Harbour, (most recently, the touring production of Pearle Harbour's Chautauqua), the Dora Awarding winning production, Mr. Truth (Lester Trips Theatre, 2018), and production managed for the Dora Award-nominated premiere of Jeff Ho's Iphigenia and the Furies (on Taurian Land) (Saga Collectif, 2019).

Stella Conway (musical director, she/they)
is an inter-disciplinary queer performer based in Toronto. With a classical education in piano and music theory, Stella is self-taught in a wide variety of instruments and styles. She writes, arranges, and perform in multiple bands, create interactive musical improvisations under the name Twin Mask, and teach music to children of all ages. Stella holds an MA from U of T’s Centre for Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies, where they focused on the ethics and aesthetics of participatory performance, studying with the trans-continental performance art company La Pocha Nostra. They are the producer and host of BANDS & DRAG!, a monthly show series dedicated to bridging Toronto’s queer performance and music communities.
